Three to five social media profiles created, customized and posted on up to a daily basis: that was the baseline. Content strategy, custom graphics and short-form video kept every profile on-brand.

Why did brand-minded social media matter?
Social media is where a brand is seen most and controlled least. Posted without brand thinking, every graphic that leaves the building erodes the identity a little. Posted with it, even a daily cadence builds one recognizable voice, and the feed itself becomes an asset a customer can scroll and trust.
